Unfortunately due to the nature of the products we can not accept returns. Please note that each and every keepsake is personalised and therefore the outcomes will always be different. We do our very best to ensure that you receive the keepsake of your dreams, however if for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your item please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Postage

When you send your items please ensure to use a tracked service so that you can track the delivery of the clothing.

When you send the items please ensure to write your full name and return address on the outside of the parcel.
